Project scope: 
Graycor provided construction management services to construct a 66–story multi-use complex with a total floor area in excess of 2.7 million square feet. The building′s elements include a nine–level podium with a 450,000–square–foot retail atrium; a five–star hotel with 362 guest rooms on 17 floors; 500,000 square feet of Class A office space on 20 floors; 125 condominium residences on 19 floors; a two–screen cinema; and an attached 15–level parking structure for 1,450 vehicles.
