Graycor Construction was called upon to renovate four meeting rooms and a corridor at the Scottsdale Marriott Suites Old Town hotel located in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona.  The renovation consisted of a complete demolition and new installation of the carpet, wallcovering, paint, finishes and furniture.  The team worked closely with the hotel operations staff to coordinate the new construction with the ongoing operations and public occupancy surrounding the space.  The meeting spaces were updated to accommodate new technology as well as an updated look for the hotel guests who utilize the meeting rooms.
