Ground-Up Office and Service Building Construction

This design-build project included construction of a two-story administration building, as well as a three-story high-bay building inside of Dresden's protected area. Project scope also included a two-story interconnecting walkway, locker rooms, cafeteria and mechanical shops. In addition, a halon fire-protected records vault was installed. The project team also completed final tie-ins to the existing structures.
