Nitti Graycor completed construction of a 4,194-square-foot banking facility for Chase in Mesa, Ariz., as well as construction of a 4,374-square-foot facility for Bank One (later acquired by Chase) in Phoenix. Ground-up construction of these facilities usually includes site work, parking, lighting, utilities, landscaping and irrigation. JPMorgan has also called on Graycor Construction Company Inc., parent company of Nitti Graycor, to perform ground-up construction of several of their branches throughout northern Illinois, including ground-up construction of a new branch bank in Oswego, Ill., as well as tenant interior build-outs of four existing banks in downtown Chicago and one in Norridge, Ill. Graycor Construction also completed a new Chase banking facility located in Homewood, Ill., a south suburb of Chicago.
