Core and Shell Office Build-Out

Graycor completed a tenant core and shell build–out of the six–story, 135,000–square–foot Three Lincoln Centre in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The project enabled ComEd to consolidate its Energy Delivery Group by relocating more than 500 employees to the new office building at the Lincoln Centre office complex. The Centre′s first–floor computer room, which needed to be completed in just four weeks, includes a support area with a UPS system backed up by a 500–megawatt standby generator. The building′s remaining five floors are used as office space for ComEd.
