ComEd LaSalle Station office and service buildings

This design-build project for ComEd at the power producer's Marseilles, Illinois, location included construction of the office and service buildings inside of ComEd's secured area. Scope of work involved installation of five 115-ton rooftop air conditioning units as part of the mechanical equipment package. The Graycor Industrial team also enclosed the railroad trackway, constructed a high-bay mechanical maintenance shop, installed owner-furnished equipment and built out locker rooms, a cafeteria and a mechanical shop for the location.
