Chandler House

Sunrise Development Inc. — a subsidiary of Sunrise Senior Living, the nation′s largest provider of senior living services — awarded Graycor Construction a project to build a new senior living facility located approximately 15 minutes southeast of Phoenix. Work on the recently completed project included constructing three single–story buildings totaling 56,700 square feet. The assisted living facility houses 75 units.
