Campus Upgrade

This 30,000–square-foot project included tenant build–out of four floors in a vacant office building, as well as construction of open classrooms, darkrooms, a machine shop and a café. Beyond the overall project work, select features included free–floating drywall and acoustical suspended ceiling systems; unique hanging and shelf rails for student displays; magnetic, writeable and tackable wall covering systems; and revolving millwork walls.
