AmeriPlex

The Holladay Group called upon Graycor Construction to build The McCormick, a new 123,000–square–foot office/warehouse facility located at AmeriPlex at the Port, Chicagoland′s new 388–acre high–tech industrial/commercial park. The $3 million facility is divisible for up to four tenants with 12 dock stations. Graycor′s services included design–build work for this facility, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire–protection systems and site improvements for the 8–acre parcel.
