GRAYCOR COMPANIES COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF NEW OAKBROOK TERRACE OFFICES

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., (April 12, 2010) — The Graycor Companies has completed construction of its new 36,000-square-foot home office in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., and the first wave of its employees has moved in. The process of relocating members of the Graycor family from the companies’ existing offices in Homewood and Palatine, Ill., to the new location is scheduled to be completed in June.

“This year, Graycor is celebrating its 90th anniversary, and I can’t think of a better way to honor our long tradition of innovation than with this thoroughly modern and efficient facility,” says Matthew J. Designed by Chicago-based architectural firm Gensler, the Class A office build-out in Oakbrook Terrace features enhanced training and support spaces as well as state-of-the-art technology for supporting a mobile, professional workforce, as well as numerous sustainable elements such as a 3,000-square-foot landscaped outdoor terrace.
