Build-Out of Buckeye Logistics Center Continues in Arizona

After building three new distribution centers within the Buckeye Logistics Center in Phoenix, Ariz. in 2008 for The Alter Group, Nitti Graycor (a division of Graycor Construction Company) has continued with the build-out of multiple spaces in the facility for a number of clients. The most recent work performed by Nitti Graycor, was a warehouse and fulfillment facility for Victory Packaging Company, a leading North American distribution company focused on packaging solutions. The goal of the new build-out was to improve the efficiency and overall work environment at the facility. Interior work and site modifications performed by Nitti Graycor successfully maintained the high aesthetic standards of the buildings while providing for the unique needs of the various tenants.

Currently, Nitti Graycor is working on the final leasable space on the project. Once completed, the company will have successfully built out the entire original 1 .2 million square feet of building space. The current project is for MOR Furniture. This 1 06,000 square foot build-out includes 20 dock positions, warehouse fit up and 3,000 square feet of office/showroom space.

The Buckeye Center follows the completion of a number of similar distribution facility projects by Nitti Graycor in the Phoenix area including Mack Arrowhead Industrial Park and Goodyear Crossing. Nitti Graycor has also recently completed a project for Merit Partners and Mitek Industries, a specialty distribution and manufacturing company in Arizona.

With a leading position as a builder of advanced distribution centers in the Southwest U.S., the Nitti Team joined Graycor in 2010. The newly launched division pairs Nitti's Southwest expertise and local relationships with Graycor's 90+ years project history, financial stability and bonding capacity, forming a resource that fulfills the full range of construction needs for its clients.
