BLUE SPRINGS, MS (January 2008) — Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America (TEMA) recently announced the award of the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi (TMMMS) Press and ED Weld/Paint General Contract to Graycor Harrell Contractors, a joint venture between Graycor Construction Company Inc., a leading North American contractor based in Chicago, and Jackson, Miss.-based Harrell Contracting Group, LLC. The two projects, totaling more than $50 million in construction, will begin immediately and reach substantial completion in October, 2008. This assembly plant in Blue Springs (near Tupelo) is Toyota’s eighth assembly plant being built in the U.S. The new plant will produce the Highlander SUV by 2010 and employ nearly 2,000.

Graycor Harrell is currently completing foundations work on site.
