Sunrise Development Inc. - a subsidiary of Sunrise Senior Living, the nation′s largest provider of senior living services - awarded Graycor Construction a project to build a new senior living facility located approximately 15 minutes southeast of Phoenix. Work on the project included constructing three single-story buildings totaling 56,700 square feet. The assisted living facility houses 75 units.
