Graycor Construction completed construction for Toyota's new vehicle assembly plant built on 1,700 acres in Blue Springs, Miss. (near Tupelo). The environmentally sensitive project, for which recycled materials were used in the construction, was completed by Graycor Harrell, a joint venture partnership between Graycor Construction Co. Inc and Jackson, Miss.-based Harrell Contracting Group, LLC.

Graycor Construction performed an extensive renovation of Pier House Resort and Caribbean Spa, one of the Florida Keys' luxury resort and spa hotels. Nearly 130 rooms were renovated in this phased project, along with common area updates within five separate buildings. A new elevator, light fixtures and millwork were installed as part of the renovation.
