Graycor Construction renovated portions of the Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, IL. Renovations to this mall, originally built by  Graycor Construction in 1976, included work on  the food court, installation of new elevators and flooring, modernization of  the ceilings and railings, and refurbishment of the mall′s entrances.

The Graycor team provided general contracting services for the expansion and renovation of one of America′s three largest shopping centers, in Chicago′s northwest suburbs. The project consisted of renovating 2.4 million square feet of high-quality retail space while adding an additional 460,000 sq. ft. of new retail space and two new parking structures for more than 2,000 vehicles.
