Graycor Construction completed ground-up construction of this 5,000-square-foot LaSalle Bank branch for client ABN AMRO North America. The bank is located on the northwest corner of Ferry Road and Route 59 in Chicago′s northern suburb of Warrenville, IL.  The 16-week project included site improvements, landscaping, site utilities and parking.

Work on Chase Bank locations throughout Illinois and Arizona has ranged from ground-up construction to high-end tenant finishes. Many of the projects included demolition, masonry, interior build-outs, mechanical and electrical work, site utilities, flooring, ceiling work and fixtures.

By building nearly 40 locations throughout the Midwest region, Graycor has established a long and mutually rewarding relationship with Circuit City. With the simultaneous construction of six to eight stores across several markets at one time, Circuit City relied on Graycor for integrated construction services, as well as for solving problems that challenge grand openings.

Nitti Graycor completed this 36,000 square-foot, two-story, retail/office center located on a seven-acre site located on Highway 60 in the Gold Canyon area of Pinal County.  The project included approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space and 6,000 sq. ft. of second floor office or retail area.
