Nitti Graycor was called upon by Tri City Surgery Center to perform full site development on three acres of land, with full tenant improvement totaling 12,718 square feet for a surgery center with three operating rooms. The Medical Plaza at Spectrum consists of sixteen medical office condominiums developed on an 11-acre site in Gilbert, Arizona. The site includes 94,000 square feet of single-story office space adjacent to Mercy Gilbert Hospital accompanied by covered parking areas and landscaping.
