For CB Richard Ellis, the Nitti Graycor team converted lobby and office space in this existing 30,000-square-foot building in Tempe, Arizona. The building was repurposed from single tenant to multi-tenant use.
The Medical Plaza at Spectrum consists of sixteen medical office condominiums developed on an 11-acre site in Gilbert, Arizona. The site includes 94,000 square feet of single-story office space adjacent to Mercy Gilbert Hospital accompanied by covered parking areas and landscaping.
This project consists of ten office/industrial buildings totaling approximately 156,954 square feet with an additional 6,000 sq. ft. of mezzanine on an 11-acre site in Phoenix. The team constructed this project as the design-builder for Panattoni Development.
