Our long-term relationship with Marriott has led to the construction and renovation of hotels coast to coast. Most recently, a 57,000-square-foot addition to the existing ballroom and food service support-area renovations was completed at the Marriott in Anaheim, CA. This  19-story, 1,031-room hotel is located just two blocks from Disneyland.

In six short weeks, Graycor Construction crews completed renovation of an existing 17,000-square-foot ballroom for Marriott International in Santa Clara, CA. Renovated areas included nine dividable ballrooms and a pre-function area. In addition, the Graycor Construction team renovated the ballroom′s restroom facilities.

The complete retrofit of this 127,000-square-foot, 11-story hotel included adding exterior enhancements, as well as demolishing and rebuilding all main interior areas.

The complete remodel of this 250,000-square-foot, seven-story hotel included a facade, curtain wall, guest rooms (finishes and mechanicals), a restaurant, meeting rooms, a grand lobby and a new pool-building addition.

Graycor was hired to perform major renovations to the Marriott Minneapolis hotel, including 584 guest rooms and corridors. To meet the aggressive schedule and avoid interrupting the hotels operations, Graycor′s team renovated and turned over one floor at a time.

Graycor Construction completed a number of major renovation projects at The Columbus, a Renaissance Hotel, in Columbus, OH. Graycor Construction performed a 400-guest room renovation of the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center. Work on the guest rooms, suites and ADA room conversions included demolition, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall and finishes. The hotel remained in operation throughout the entire project.

Graycor Construction completed a guest room and suite renovation at the Marriott Atlanta Airport hotel in Atlanta, GA. The project  involved renovation of 649 standard guest rooms and corridors, in addition to six hospitality suites. The scope also included a complete four-pipe fan coil replacement.

Marriott chose Graycor Construction to renovate 362 guest rooms of the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. Work included selective demolition and electrical reworking; installing new wall coverings and painting; new carpeting and ceramic flooring; new doors and hardware; plumbing; and new finish trim work. The renovation also included adding ADA rooms.

Graycor Construction built this elegant Four Seasons luxury hotel in the 900 North Michigan building, a 66-story, multi-use complex on Chicago′s Magnificent Mile. The five-star hotel with 362 guest rooms is nestled on 17 floors of this 2.7 million-square-foot Chicago landmark.
