Project Manager/Estimator

Candidate must be able to estimate, sell and manage a project. The well rounded generalist must be able to take an estimate from beginning to end and prepare for contingency/risk assessment and fee discussions. Candidate must be able to estimate self-performed trades and solicit and evaluate subcontractors’ bids. Knowledge of Timberline estimating software, primavera P3 or similar Primavera scheduling software preferred. Experience with JD Edwards job costing software a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work closely with field management and subcontractors as well as cultivate continued positive Owner relations are significant requirements of the position. A minimum of 10 years experience required. College degree preferred.
