Senior Project Manager/Estimator
(General Industrial)

Candidate must be be able to estimate, sell and run a project. 100% travel a must so candidate may be home based anywhere. Candidate will manage large projects on-site, or oversee several small projects. Candidate must also be capable of preparing estimates including self performed trade and solicit and evaluate subcontractor's bids. Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work closely with field management and subcontractors as well as cultivate continued positive owner relations. These are significant requirements of the position. Knowledge of Timberline estimating software, Primavera p3 or Primavera scheduling software preferred. Experience with JD Edwards job costing software a plus. A minimum of 7 years experience required. College degree preferred.
