Candidate must have hands-on estimating experience to take-off and price self performed elements as well as solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids. This individual must also have the ability to assemble complete proposals for customers, as well as prepare for contingency/risk assessments and fee discussions. Experience in Timberline software a plus. A minimum of 5 and 8 years estimating experience required.
