100% travel required so candidate may be home based anywhere. A minimum of 10 years project management experience in high end hotel/resort facilities required. Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to understand and control a subcontractor market which may have minimal stable, reliable and financially sound subcontractors. CM @ Risk Delivery System preferred. Renovations experience a plus.
