(Hospitality, Senior Living, High-End Retail)

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an estimator in above mentioned markets. Candidate must be able to take estimate from conceptual to purchasing for construction, and prepare for contingency/risk assessment and fee discussions. Must also be able estimate all trades and solicit and evaluate subcontractor’s bids. Knowledge of Timberline estimating software strongly preferred. Degree a plus. Palatine based.
