100% travel required so candidate may be home based anywhere. Candidate must demonstrate proven ability to schedule and manage subcontractors as well as interface with Designers and Owners’ representatives. A minimum of 8 years lead supervisory experience in hospitality projects is required. Ground–up construction as well as renovation experience preferred. CM @ Risk Delivery System a plus.
