Senior Estimator
(Industrial Buildings)

A minimum of 7 years manufacturing or light industrial ground up expansion experience required. Candidate must be able to take estimate from conceptual to purchasing for construction, and prepare for contingency/risk assessment and fee discussions. Must also be able estimate all trades and solicit and evaluate subcontractor’s bids. Knowledge of Timberline estimating software preferred. Some travel required.
