Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years project management experience in commercial markets with prior working experience in the Midwest. Some ground-up and larger project experience strongly preferred. Strong budgeting and client maintenance skills required. A willingness to travel during the week to oversee projects is a must. Must have a high level of technical and inter-personal skills.
