Indiana Logistics Center, LLC retained Graycor Industrial to design-build a 116,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center for automaker DaimlerChrysler. The facility, located at AmeriPlex at the Port, Chicagoland’s new 388-acre high-tech industrial/commercial park, will handle all small auto parts shipments to 44 DaimlerChrysler locations.

As part of the assignment, Graycor constructed the warehouse/distribution docks and 6,500 square feet of office space, as well as completed site improvements.
