The Holladay Group called upon Graycor Construction to construct The McCormick, a new 123,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility located at AmeriPlex at the Port, Chicagoland’s new 388-acre high-tech industrial/commercial park. The $3 million facility is divisible for up to four tenants, with 12 dock stations.

Graycor’s services included design-build facility and its mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems; and site improvements for the 8-acre parcel.
