The Shops at Atlas Park is an adaptive reuse of 12 acres of dated industrial buildings in New York City. The project includes 400,000 square feet of retail and office space including two multi-story parking garages, a 1,200-square-foot theater and park area with an interactive fountain. Graycor Construction is providing owner’s representation services on the project, scheduled for completion in spring 2006.
