Graycor Construction recently completed a series of multi-phased renovations to the 82-year-old Wrigley Building on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. The first phase of the multi-phased endeavor included renovation of the north and south Rush Street entrances and lobbies, a new entrance at the north lobby, restoration of a portion of the limestone facade, signage and new exterior sidewalks and planters. At the north lobby, the construction team added a new entrance with bronze doors and storefronts, a canopy and security station. Renovations to the south entrance and elevator lobbies included new lighting and marble flooring. The second phase of the project included Michigan Avenue facade restorations and complete reconstruction of the building’s signature exterior floodlighting system.
