Graycor provided construction management services to construct a 66-story multi-use complex with a total floor area in excess of 2.7 million square feet. The building's elements include a nine-level podium with a 450,000 square foot retail atrium; a five-star hotel with 362 guest rooms on 17 floors; 500,000 square feet of Class A office space on 20 floors; 125 condominium residences on 19 floors; a two-screen cinema and an attached 15-level parking structure for 1,450 vehicles.
