Graycor Construction solidified its presence in the east coast market with a 112,000-square-foot renovation of Taubman Center’s Regency Square, a mall located in Richmond, Va.

The renovation, designed to create a more inviting atmosphere for the two-level regional shopping center, introduced a children’s play area, family restroom, hotel-style lobby and concierge desk. More comfortable seating, brighter lighting, new signage and updated color palette in the mall’s food court and entryways round out the project. Regency Square remained open throughout the renovation.
