On a fast-track schedule, Graycor completed an interior build-out converting a manufacturing plant into more than 1 million square feet of office and lab space at Motorola’s PCS Tech Center in north suburban Libertyville. The four-story office and lab space consolidated staff from the Libertyville and Harvard, Ill., locations. Jones Lang LaSalle served as program manager on the project.
