Graycor completed a build-out of Riverside Medical’s Outpatient Center, which required a new HVAC system, day surgery rooms, exam rooms, pharmacy renovation, new waiting room area and offices.
The previous year, Graycor completed the 17,250-square-foot renovation of Riverside Medical’s emergency and nuclear medicine departments while working in the hospital’s high-paced environment without disrupting normal hospital routine. Because the emergency facility needed to remain fully operational during the construction project, Graycor performed the work in multiple phases, erecting temporary partitions around select phased areas. For the emergency room renovation, Graycor constructed six new patient care rooms, expanded the triage and treatment rooms, installed a new nurses’ station and a new HVAC system.
