Graycor converted an industrial warehouse to a 44,600-square-foot museum for DuPage Children's Museum. Retrofit of the lumber building allowed for both the museum and its administrative offices, once located separately in neighboring towns, to be housed under one roof. Work included updating architectural features as well as structural, heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems.
