Graycor provided construction services for this three-story, 53,000-square-foot theatre and performing arts center. Work included placing of structural steel, concrete and masonry for the acclaimed complex. The project had many unique aspects such as a sophisticated scenery flyloft, state-of-the-art acoustical design and sound, lighting and dimming systems. A 500-seat auditorium, orchestra pit, 100-seat experimental theatre, spacious lobbies, rehearsal rooms and offices complete the theatre.
