After relocating the law library to Loyola's 25 E. Pearson Street building, Loyola decided to redesign space throughout Maguire Hall, located at its Water Tower campus, near North Michigan Avenue. The two-phased project consisted of remodeling five floors. During the project's first phase, Graycor tore out and rebuilt the interior of the first through fourth floors on an intense five-month schedule. In the second phase, Graycor remodeled the fifth floor after the faculty and administration were relocated to the new offices.
