Graycor Construction assisted the Latin School, which is the oldest independent school in Chicago, in budgeting and executing the renovation of the school’s lobby, second floor gallery and locker area, and cafeteria. The work also included egress modifications to put the school’s upper and lower schools in compliance with ADA regulations, as well as the enclosure of the school's loggia area.
