Candidate will manage large projects on-site, or overseCandidate will manage large projects on-site, or oversee several small projects. 100% travel a must so candidate may be home based anywhere. Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work closely with field management and subcontractors as well as cultivate continued positive Owner relations are significant requirements of the position. Candidate will be proficient in P3, Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of J.D. Edwards software a plus. Candidate must also be proficient in cost projections and contract administration.
