Engineering or construction-related degree preferred. Successful candidates will participate in Graycor’s Engineer Training Program to develop skills in all facets of construction services including technical engineering, cost engineering, scheduling, estimating and safety. During the program, semi-annual evaluations and salary reviews will be conducted. The two- to three-year program will lead to various opportunities in operations, estimating and/or safety.
