Candidate will work directly with Senior Managers of the Graycor Companies on the business planning process to develop and implement strategies to staff positions required to meet those plans. Self starter must demonstrate the ability to set the direction of the recruiting process, manage professional outsourcing of recruiters, job boards and other service providers. A strong work ethic with high verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required to project a positive image of Graycor as well as relate well with potential applicants. Candidate must have a college degree and a minimum of 3 years recruiting/staffing experience.
