We have garnered many of the industry's highest certifications. But we've always just looked at it as what comes when your sole focus is providing the highest possible levels of performance.

Certifications and registrations we've received include the following:

ASME

Accredited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Graycor's Quality Group has established a quality program for the shop and field repair, and alterations of pressure vessels, boilers and power piping that meets the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section I, Section VIII, Division I and ASME B31.1. Repairs are performed in accordance with the National Board of Pressure Vessel Inspectors "R" certificate of authorization.

Graycor performs appropriate construction procedures under the following ASME/National Board Approved Quality Control Program Stamps

U = Pressure vessels

S = Power boilers

A = Assembly

PP = Power piping

R = Repair and/or alteration of pressure vessels, power boilers and power piping

AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) 

AISC "steel erectors" certification sets a standard for the steel industry. Companies that are AISC Certified have gone through a rigorous initial evaluation, and are subject to strict yearly reviews. Third party auditing confirms that companies have the personnel, knowledge, organization, equipment, experience, capability, procedures and commitment to produce the required quality of work.
